The BBQ will be held from 12:30 PM until 5:00 PM

Contact your team manager and let them know if you will be participating or not.
Managers will collect $15.00 dollars per person (Check/Cash or Zelle), Children under 8 years old $10.00 dollars under 4 no charge.

The managers will give you an Okapi Wanderers RFC pink bracelet , that you must wear during the event.
