Once you register you will receive a confirmation from the Union , please forward the registration to your Team Manager, the email from your team manager will be posted on all the Whatsapp groups.

Find below a brief explanation of what you need to register with the Union.

"FYRU is excited to welcome you to the 2020 Rugby Season. By completing this online registration process it will register you with both USA Rugby and the Florida Youth Rugby Union. You will NOT be able to register on the USA Rugby site. If you are are trying to register as a Youth Player (High School, Middle School & Elementary School) in Florida on USA Rugby's System, you will receive an error message.

Please make sure you have the following documents available to upload into your registration:

Photo - Head Shot Only - Please take a picture on white background from the shoulders up (phone photos are acceptable) - This photo will be used in profile and player ID cards.
Proof of Age - Examples are: Birth Certificate or Government Issued ID (Driver License/Photo ID) - Your School ID not acceptable.

Please note that due to server limits we are only able to allow upload of documents with max file size of 500 KB. If your file is larger than this, please use the following online tool to reduce the size of your document.

The above documents will used as eligibility determination for your given
division of play. Further details on exact eligibility are contained on your respective Divisional Pages on this site. Once final payment has been completed your registration will be automatically updated with USA Rugby you will not have to follow up USA Rugby. It can take up to 4 weeks for your name appear on the USA Rugby roster forms however, you will be considered registered. The FYRU Roster pages will be used as the CURRENT pages to determine player eligibility. "
