Florida Rugby Union (Adult & College Only), Annual General Meeting and Rugby Summit will be on Saturday September 14th in Orlando. The exact location will be sent out over the Summer, all clubs are required to send at least one representative to meeting and summit. All clubs should be discussing who their representative is going to be at the meeting.

Prior to the AGM there will be holding conference calls/webinars to discuss and determine the Fall 2019 and Spring 2020 schedules. These conference calls will be split into Men’s Premier (D2), Men’s 1st Div (D3), Women’s, College Men and College Women. Any schedule drafts, individual feedback requests will all be sent out prior to the conference calls this will allow clubs to internally review the items so all teams can be able to effectively participate within the conference calls.
